*This site can hold 4-5 vans or 4 cars or 1 30ft rv This rustic top of the hillside glampsite, offers clear 360 degree unobstructed views of the gorgeous Sierra Madre mountains. Perfect for a medium sized group or family looking for the full experience. Hilltop canyon provides a medium sized fire pit, cooking fire ring/ and gas grill (propane not provided)... to cook and entertain! Overlooking the canyons and the property, this gem of a spot gives the guest a larger panoramic view of the area. 100 feet from this birds eye view campsite is our outdoor shower with hot water! Showers have been winterized with ceilings and more protection from the elements. With hiking and bike trails a few steps from the campsite, this part of the property promises an experience to remember! Outdoor shower with hot water and attached outhouse gives the guest the full "glamping" experience. -WHAT IS PROVIDED- Hand sanitizer/ Sink and dish soap provided/ 1 picnic table with huge cover/ shade covers for summer months/Lanterns/ CORNHOLE/2 Hammock w/ frame/Lighter/deck of cards/ utensil caddy/solar lights around site / cleaning supplies/ firewood delivery/ Trash Bins/Compost Toilet/mini pool/ silverware / Cooking utensils for grill. -WHAT TO BRING- Tent or Rv/Van/Trailer (NO RvS OVER 34 FT) $10 flat fee whole trip for cars over 3 $10 per car/ propane for gas grill / cooking utensils/ / Linens/ Pillows/ other amenities that are not provided. -WHAT IS FOR RENT OR PURCHASE- (1) Bundle of firewood 12-15 logs $12. Will deliver for you. (2) Twin mattresses- $15 per mattress for 2 days. $6 per day there after. (If available) (1) 110v/220w portable power station- $20 for 2 days (recharge available at no cost). (If available they rent quick) -PEOPLE- At base price this site allows 8 people (yes kids are people). Max is 14 people no exceptions. Any people over 8 is $15 per person per day. -CARS- Up to 3 cars for this site at base price (Rvs/trailers and vans welcome! Under 30 ft). Max is 5 at $10 per car flat fee no matter the length of stay. For instance, if you have 5 cars you would pay 20 more dollars even if you stayed 1 day or 4. -RULES ON PETS- Max 3 pets allowed on site. Pets must be under 75lbs. Pets must be vaccinated. We have a one strike rule on pets. If your pets wander off camp and disturb other campers, they must be on leash the rest of trip. Hello! Our names are Ricky and Nathan. Located deep in the Cuyama Valley, close to wine country, and booming local vineyards (1.25 hrs past Ojai and 45 minutes past Santa Maria) our ranch promises the getaway experience you've been looking for. The Ranch is 82 acres with majestic mountain views and vast canyons for hiking and trail access. During the spring and summer months, the smell of sage and wildflowers fill the air. Surrounded by the Los Padres Mountains and located deep within the Cuyama Valley, this ranch gives the visitor the high-desert experience of their dreams. For the hikers and explorers out there, the ranch offers trails and roads that access different property gems. There is a designated area for tent camping and for RV's, Trailers, Vans, and tiny homes (no electric yet for RVs). The ranch is completely private and secluded, off HWY 166. We welcome all animals, big and small, and offer a massive enclosed dog run, for when visitors are gone or hiking. If we are present during your visit, our 2 dogs and our potbelly pig, Basil, will be there to greet you and take all your treats!
