Clean spot without much over night noise. The grounds crew and golfers are out early in the morning. At daybreak. So it was pretty noisy then.

And a fairly large parking lot next to the driving range and golf course. When I got there around midnight it was completely dark but then street lights came on at some point throughout the night and then groundskeepers were pretty active early in the morning so it woke me up. Not a horrible place to park was left alone 🤷🏼‍♂️
