Parking area next to the boat ramp with no "no overnight parking" signs and excellent views of the harbor and the city. Quiet and very few people.

Parking area in a bumpy road is a park that is closed from 11pm to 4am and threatens prosecution. Might be possible to park on the asphalt outside of that, but there are private residences around. I didn't stay here.
