This parking lot is for the seasonal community pool. Free and safe to park here for the day and hangout. GORGEOUS views, trash bins, disc golf and hiking trails. There is also a hose around the right side of the building--the spigot is into a metal door that wasn't locked so this could be used in a pinch.
