Small rest area with picnic tables, shaded area, trash cans and restrooms. I saw a blue handle water spigot outside the restroom building as well to refill jugs. We stayed here from 6pm until the next early afternoon with no issues. A lot of people came and went. We played frisbee in the grass and had the animals hanging out nearby.

These are not the correct coordinates! This takes you to a road near the rest stop that is marked NO TRESPASSING- this means you signs once you enter the road- even though we we saw the rest stop sign we thought it was a side road you take to get to the rest stop… it was dark and it made it confusing- no trespassing signs are posted about 20 feet on the road once you enter so I added another listing that has the correct coordinates AND also mentions the noise level so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.. (or possibly why the trespassing signs are posted??) Can confirm all the other details listed here but being ear plugs- there is a very noisy train that goes off about every 3 hours!!!
