4 open water spigots meant for "boat washing"

Harbor police said do not fill here. First of all it smells like fish guts, second of all it’s $2.50 for 5 minutes. Generally if the water is being used for cleaning poop or fish guts it’s not potable. Not because it’s not tap water, but because the spigot and everything around it has likely touched contaminants. I would not recommend filling up water here. Wash your boat and hold your breath.
