Overnight Parking
Stayed here a few nights, parked either along the park or up to a block away. No tickets! The bathrooms are open until about 9pm. There are a lot of homeless people that sleep and live in the park at night and during the day, but I never felt unsafe!

The homeless problem in SM has become quite bad, and Reed Park is one of the prime gathering places (in part bec the church gives out food there). Many unfortunately are mentally ill so just be careful wandering around the park/bathrooms at nite. The police are doing a good job of clearing the park at nite, but they’re still nearby
