Very clean, says they're closed 2-3pm every day for cleaning. The whole building and parking lot is dotted with electrical outlets if you needed to bum a charge. There are benches and BBQ grills along the waterside. And a free little library and water fountains closer to the docks. Great spot to kill some time during the day.
