Great spot just outside GCNP. Slight highway rumble noise. Forest road is horrible but doable. This area sits nearly 1k ft lower than the south rim so while other roads close to the canyon are snowed in during winter, this is usually not.

Great spot right off the road, when you turn in, go right. About half a dozen spots or more as you work further down. Seemed clean and very quiet, no one else around.

This is the first area you come to that there is pull-offs and fire rings for camping. Surprisingly pretty okay service here with T-Mobile three bars of 5g. Lots of trees in this area. Room for a full size bus and or lots of vans
