Winter Electric-Only Pull-Thru Site

**PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING** Thank you for your interest in staying with Granite Peak RV Resort during the winter season. Our goal is to provide a safe place to stay for our winter guests; however, you should know that our amenities and services are EXTREMELY limited during the winter season. Here is what you need to know: - Your site is an ELECTRIC ONLY site. Yes, these sites do have water during the warmer months; however, the water is shut off in the winter and cannot be turned on under any circumstances. - The office/store is not open on a regular basis during the off-season. Phone calls, emails, texts, and other forms of communications may take a week or longer to receive a response. - Snow removal is NOT conducted on sites. Be aware of local conditions prior to booking your site. Bring a shovel! -The bathhouse is CLOSED during the winter season. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO RESTROOMS OR SHOWERS onsite. Porta-potties are provided for your convenience. Please ensure your rig is fully self-contained. -The RV sewage dump station is CLOSED. Please inquire with nearby truck-stops regarding the status of their dump stations. - A dedicated fresh water fill-up location is provided via a frost-free faucet located onsite. The faucet is locked during the winter and can only be used by guests. Your check-in email will provide the code to the lock upon arrival. You must bring your own hose. -Other amenities, including but not limited to: pool, playground, mini-golf, and the pavilion are CLOSED during the winter season. -For the safety of our guests and protection of property, the resort is regularly patrolled by contracted security agents. These agents simply check to confirm no crime is taking place, as well as taking note of all occupied sites. These folks do not have inside knowledge of resort operations and will not be able to assist you with resort business. -The maximum stay for an electric-only winter site is 3 nights. to inquire about a longer-term stay (with water) please email or call the main office at least two weeks in advance of your arrival. Again, there may be extended response times during the winter season. Thank you.
