Rest stop/ Tornado Shelter/Safety Stop.   Wonderful rest stop with a beautiful view, clean restrooms, shade pavilions, picnic tables, bbq grills that are shaped like the state of Texas :), and level parking.  Slept in the lot and felt very safe. There is an attendant on site, it’s well lit and has cameras.  Truck parking on highway side, vehicle parking on the other side of the building which helped keep the road noise down.
