I slept here for a night after working at the Panera all day and didn't even realize that it was right next to a Whole Foods and Planet Fitness. It's nice because it's out of the way of the "big city rush" bit although it is next to a main road (not loud at night but not dead silent). There are no signs saying anything against overnight parking. I had zero issues.
