Fall Creek Dispersed (Caribou National Forest)

5 day camping limit at this dispersed camping in Caribou National Forest. Good service, quiet, right by a creek, with access to hiking, biking and ATV trails, close to the Snake River (fishing!). Because this area is so close to a creek (much less than 200ft) much better to carry out waste (in wag bags or toilets). Check out Falls Creek Falls, a beautiful, picturesque waterfall. You can buy a fishing permit at the South Fork Outfitters just a few miles away. This is a livestock grazing area so make sure to respect the wildlife! If you see a cow on the trail slow down to walking speed, give them space and let them pass (don’t herd cattle as it can cause moms and calves to separate due to stress)!
