In the middle of a massive roundabout entering the town there is a park with bathrooms, a water fountain, and lots of pigment tables in a few trash. There are outlets on side of buildings, under the shelter, and along some of the trees on the outskirts of the. Not sure if these power outlets work or if you be able to plug your vehicle up to it ( it is close enough) but if you have an external power supply like a jackery you would definitely be able to charge it up here at the park. There are no signs so you might be able to park overnight but idk
