Ranch House

Our most luxurious option, this site has it all! Located near the action, the ranch house is our most spacious rental accommodation. The cottage, decorated with a ranch theme, has beds and/or mattresses to provide sleeping accommodations (linens not provided) for 8 people and parking for 2 vehicles. There is an extremely steep stairway in this loft (4ft ceiling), with a safety gate at the bottom which may not be suitable for seniors or small children. Included is dinnerware for 8, pots, pans, utensils, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Indoor cooking is limited. Site features: a 12’ x 14’ deck, furnished with a patio table, chairs, umbrella, and outdoor multi-burner LP stove for outdoor cooking; a paver fire pit and charcoal barbecue; two glider loveseats; a large yard with a lovely shade tree where tents can be pitched. There is a split-rail fence surrounding the yard. No smoking and no pets.
