Prime spot right next to the park that is park of the boardwalk area. We parked specifically in front of address 8285 Camino Del Oro because of the big bushes so you don't feel like you are parking in someone's lawn. I believe there was street cleaning on certain days of the month, I just don't remember what they were. Super quiet spot, might be busier with the summer vacation crowd. There are public bathrooms on the beach about a block in either direction.
