Pecos Deluxe Cottage Rental

Similar to our standard Pecos cottages, our deluxe units include additional features for your comfort and convenience. Each studio-style rental is furnished with a queen size bed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. Other amenities include limited furnishings, linens, air conditioning, flat screen cable television, a private bathroom, and kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Outside is a covered front porch with chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table so you can relax and enjoy the Texas sunshine. Check In  - 4:00 PM     Check Out - 12:00 PM Monthly Reservations - A $250 Security Deposit is required on all monthly reservations.  Price is based on two people and one vehicle additional people vehicles are at an additional cost.
