Much of the street parking in Old Town Key West is free and available for overnight. Just check street signs and notices for resident permit parking, which is well labeled and usually written on the parking spots themselves. We parked on Fleming Street in front of the library and it worked extremely well.
Overnight Parking
Parked our sprinter on the corner of Fleming and William overnight near the library and church. No signs saying “no over night parking” or reserved parking spots. The spot is very close to downtown near the action with plenty of food and drink options. At night there was constant foot traffic and noise but not bad as it was quiet after everyone went home from the bars. In the morning the street is busy so cars, people and a rooster could be heard consistently but was fairly quiet. Also there are some trees to help with shade. I would park here again, great spot!
Great spot. Slept soundly right in front of the library, light pollution wasn't bad. In the morning before I was fully awake, I thought the chickens cooing was a crowd cheering. Be prepared for that around 4:50 A.M. The sun hitting the historic buildings makes an early wake up okay 😉. Trash cans along the street total bonus!
