Our gold rentals offer all the comforts of home and include one bedroom with a queen size bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. These rentals come fully furnished with amenities like heat and air conditioning, flat screen cable TV, WiFi access, and a private bathroom. The kitchen area features full appliances and a kitchen starter pack that includes a coffee maker, cookware and dinnerware. The screened-in porch is the perfect spot to have a family meal, or just enjoy the fantastic Florida weather, and provides patio furniture for your comfort. The exterior is beautifully landscaped for your enjoyment, and includes a concrete driveway for easy parking. Linens are provided. Pet Fees: $50 per pet, per week with a 2 pet maximum. Total not to exceed $500. *Any reservations over 30 days are subject to metered electric charges.
