These cottages come furnished with an open floor plan and includes a private bathroom, heat and air conditioning, stackable washer and dryer, flat screen cable TV, and a kitchen with full appliances, microwave, and coffee maker. Outside is a covered porch with patio furniture and a concrete driveway for parking. Minimum days allowed are 7 days. Maximum allowed is a 12 month lease. No Pets allowed in the Park Models.
