Guadalupe Cottage Rental

The cozy Guadalupe cottage rentals provides up to 400 square feet that can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children with a queen size bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals also come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens, air conditioning, flat screen cable television, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table to enjoy the Texas sunshine. Check In  - 4:00 PM     Check Out - 12:00 PM Monthly Reservations - A $250 Security Deposit is required on all monthly reservations.  Price is based on two people and one vehicle additional people vehicles are at an additional cost. This unit does allow dogs. We ask that you confirm with the resort that you will be traveling with a pet(s) prior to check-in. There is a $25 fee per night per dog or $100 per dog per month. Reservations with a non-registered pet will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
