Built in 1925 the Lodge is on the National Register of Historic Places and it embodies every type of rock found in the Columbia River Gorge in the structure. Bring binoculars to get a better view of these iconic falls as you enjoy the sound of rushing water during its winter flow. Look for wildlife along Multnomah Creek, find books and other gifts in the lodge and enjoy the iconic place firefighters worked so hard to protect.
Inside the lower level of the Lodge is a USDA Forest Service Information Center, a snack bar, and a gift shop. In the upper portion of the lodge is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is also accessible by elevator.
Multnomah Falls Lodge, the lower viewing platform & nearby trails are open to visitors providing a great opportunity to visit this historic site after the 2017 Eagle Creek Fire. Learn more at: Eagle Creek Fire & response [http://bit.ly/2poN8Hk].
