I’ve stayed here the past two nights with no issues. Didn’t know that there was even a sign in the parking lot til I looked on here. 3 RVs stayed the night the first night and 2-3 other cars the second night. The lightning show the second night was pretty wild. Also, great spot to watch the sunset with it overlooking the beach while having less wind then other spots! I have AT&T and for some reason I have 5G there unlike in Lincoln city.
I think technically you aren't allowed to stay the night here. Whether that's enforced I don't know. There are signs prohibiting overnight parking off to the side in a sort of extra, unpaved parking lot and there are no signs in the main parking area. I kind of doubt you'd be asked to leave. If you were and then you were desperate for a place there are several casinos nearby that let you park overnight for free. No beach access. Otherwise it's nice enough for what it is: a parking lot next to a busy road overlooking a beautiful beach.
Signs now say no overnight parking
