Phillips Lake is a 1.3-acre, shallow lake nestled beside a breathtaking wetland meadow. This Pack it in/Pack it out lake is undeveloped with tent camping space available. Phillips lake is also utilized by visitors to the North Fork Chewelah Creek Campground as a day trip when exploring the area.
