There are condos on both sides of this street with no one’s front door facing the street. Pretty quite and safe neighborhood. I found a flat spot.
I heard voices on the sidewalk around dusk and peered out to see Jehova Witnesses on bikes, so I felt like it’s safe.
The people at the corner store were totally nice and there is a food truck there.
