Signs say 24 hour parking. We pulled in around 7-8pm and got a ferry the next morning. Very quiet. Bathroom in the small ferry terminal building from 8ish am until 8ish pm. Lots of other cars when we arrived but more and more left with each ferry that arrived. Can get windy.
