We didn’t stay down by the river due to road conditions. We stayed just above it in a flat area. Perfect for several vehicles and walking distance from a pit toilet.

This is a great spot! We followed some tracks and camped upriver from the boat launch. There are some big puddles to go through on the way in and we do have AWD so just be sure to use your judgement driving to and on the beach. There were a handful of fly fishermen that came by and fished near us. They were all very nice and respectful. Oh, and we were there during the week. It got cold at night and was super frosty in the morning. I can’t imagine not having a heater. This is an amazing spot to camp and I really hope people continue to keep it clean and pack it out!
