Honey’s Park

This property is owned by a very generous man named “Scar”. (Don’t let the name fool you, he’s a sweetheart!). He lives here full time, and just lets people come anytime stay any time of day, and stay for as long as they need or want. All he asks in return is to say hi to him, introduce yourself, and maybe spend some time around the fire pit and have a conversation. Basically an empty field, but he offers free shore power and free WiFi, and a beer by the fire pit for anyone that wants to join him. (Also 4 bars of LTE for Verizon and T-Mobile). There were several vehicles last night, and a few of us ended up around the fire pit. It was cool to get to chat with other travelers, and Scar is very funny as well. Please do not feed his dog Ruby, or leave dog food or trash outside of your vehicle, as she has a severe food allergy. Also, as always, please practice LNT principles, and be respectful and kind to Scar and his property so we can all continue to enjoy this space!
