We did not sleep here but we plenty of overnighters. No signs restricting overnight parking. A local told us this area is pretty legit for overnighting as long as you keep it quiet and clean. Trash bins right nearby. Short walk to cafes, restaurants, and bars. A bit of a trek (but not terrible) to downtown Asheville.
