Our premium park model rental comes beautifully furnished and includes one bedroom with a full size bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. This rental also includes air conditioning, washer and dryer, flat screen cable television, a private bathroom, decorative tray ceilings, and a ceiling fan. The kitchen area comes with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, cookware and dinnerware. The covered porch outside has fan, plus a table and chairs to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Linens are provided.
