•Free overnight Parking lot by the water, you can also park under the bridge. •Restrooms available. •Pier is heavily used for fishing, specially at night. •Parking lot pretty crowded untill past 11pm but with plenty of spots still available. •Perfect spot for watching rocket launch from KSC. •Very quiet at night,no one bothered us. There was another van parked here last night as well. •Really beautiful, got to see dolphins swim right behind our parking spot.
