Comal Cottage Rental

Our beautiful Comal cottage rentals provide 750 square feet of space and features two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, to accommodate up to 8 guests. Also included is a fully appointed kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, along with a large living room, air conditioning, cable television, and a private bathroom. Outside is a covered porch with chairs, plus a charcoal grill and a picnic table to enjoy the Texas sunshine. Linens are provided. Check In  - 4:00 PM     Check Out - 12:00 PM Monthly Reservations - A $250 Security Deposit is required on all monthly reservations.  Price is based on two people and one vehicle additional people vehicles are at an additional cost. This unit does allow dogs. We ask that you confirm with the resort that you will be traveling with a pet(s) prior to check-in. There is a $25 fee per night per dog or $100 per dog per month. Reservations with a non-registered pet will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
