Typical rest area welcome center. Building with bathrooms and a small grass area to walk around. It's a bit noisy due to proximity to the highway but it worked for one night. There are signs saying "2 hour parking limit" but I assume it's only enforced if you try setting up camp. We rolled in late and left early without a problem. There were a bunch of other cars and truckers that did the same. Your mileage may vary.
