Park in the southeastern corner.  Ask the front desk to open the laundry room located upstairs if not open.  2.00 to wash and dry.  The Hawthorne hotel next door has a huge laundry mat.  Also,  plenty of places to park in the area.  Gypsum ponds is another place and I think it’s BLM.
