The Indian Temple Mound Museum has free parking overnight. Just ask. They might ask you to buy a ticket for the museum which is $5 for adults. There are two small parking lots. Park on the Eglin side. The Miracle Strip side is paved, but there are many shady characters on that side. The Eglin side is not paved, but has more cameras and less traffic. The woman at the desk told me to park on the Eglin side because it is safer. There is a public bathroom outside of the museum that is open during business hours.
