The Boise Pad

We have a paved RV pad on the side of our house in a residential neighborhood close to downtown, BSU, and the Greenbelt bike trail. This RV pad can accommodate converted vans with a bathroom, RVs, and a vehicle pulling a fifth wheel. The pad is 48ft long and 10ft 3 inches wide. The rear 25ft of the pad borders the wall of our house and our neighbor’s property. The front of the pad is more open to accommodate some pop-outs. The yard is mostly fenced in except for a breezeway on the opposite side of our yard that leads out front. You will have access to the backyard space which includes some seating and a fire pit.
