A frequently used lot, generally people coming and going enjoying the town. It quiets down around 9-10pm. Both times I have stayed here overnight there was plenty of room. Well lit or dark spots available.

Another successful stay after seeing a show at Colony. This parking lot feels perfectly safe and legal. Trash cans on site are a plus too.

Great parking lot. Very quite at night. There's "no overnight parking" signs.

Nice spot for a stealth or semi-stealth night or two. We stayed one night, arrived at 3pm when the lot was pretty empty. It filled up more as the evening went on and by 10ish it was pretty quiet. Got noisy again around 7 or 8 with the normal neighborhood/parking lot noises. This lot felt very safe and has great access to downtown Woodstock. Sadly no portapotties, but there is a trash bin, and it did seem that the visitor info center down the street had public bathrooms.
