This spot is kind of magical. When I was there the creek was mostly dried up but after monsoon season I bet it will be unreal. So many birds and other wildlife were all around like lizards and frogs along with all kinds of wildflowers and plants. Explored the mostly dry water water beds and it was full of tadpoles. Short tails leading to waterway. Do t forget you are on Native Land and leave the area better then you found it

This is a great spot to park overnight if just for the guarantee of it being level. It is not the most clean because of people out there partying and there is a lot of traffic at all hours. It was awesome to wake up to a fantastic hike, though. Our dogs had fun playing in the water which was running hard this time of year from snow melt.
