Just a few blocks from downtown this section of street has five or six parking spots. Right past and intersection and next to a playground and mini golf course. Surprisingly pretty quiet during the night. Was there from 10:00 p.m. till about noon next day with no issue. The little community park has a public bathroom, sbelters and tennis courts as well.
