We found this location from IOverlander with lots of success from others with staying here overnight. We stayed and there was one other van and regular cars that stayed late. Pretty quiet. There's a rubber squishy path you can go for a run on, a playground, restrooms, trash and recycling bins, volleyball nets, picnic table and water fountain with water bottle refill and doggy bowl.

Safe and quiet at night, next to a park with restrooms. Lots of runners in the morning. Police drive by often, great place to spend the night.
