The moment you first see Playa Santispac as you crest the top of the mountains is a moment that stays with you forever. The beach itself is rustic, gorgeous, weird, and often filled with other travelers with giant, shit-eating grins. In the bay boatlifers mill about while paddle boarders and kayakers explore the islands off shore. The clams are great. The restaurant is mediocre but the beers are cold. The sunrises are life-affirming.
