Only parking on the South side of the street is allowed as the North side requires a residential permit unless during certain hours or on certain days. Very quite street with lots of open spaces (we parked here in January, could be harder to find parking in the summer). Right near a little park that you can walk through out to the beach. Little street traffic and people walking by every now and again. A few spots under some trees and some not. I believe the parking time was limited on weekdays during some hours but can't remember exactly what they were.
