Really love this spot. Stayed here for a few nights undisturbed. Close to the city yet secluded. Respect the spot!

I did a long stent in Minneapolis for about 4 months and this became my primary location to park. Never had an issue. Some noise at times but overall quiet for being downtown. You are along the river so it doesn't feel like your minutes from the heart of Minneapolis. There are beautiful parks to walk through and Porta potties are normally here too. Close to a nice bar and a climbing Gym.
