We found a quiet neighborhood to park on with one whole side being apartments and the whole other side being a tennis center so we weren't bothering anyone or parked in front of someone's house. No one bothered us, some noise in the morning of players yelling and cheering. There's a grassy patch along the sidewalk to walk dogs with a trash can, wag bags and separate bin for used bags. We picked up some trash along this strip, there wasn't a lot but some.
