The last block before entering Campland has a dirt shoulder you can park on that trucks and other RVs will park up at for a night or two. There are also good spots one more block West of there (also on Pacific Beach Drive) that are up against a fence for the wetlands there. The actual street spots can be harder to come by and there is street cleaning once a month. Overall pretty quiet and safe. We even walked into campland to use their bathroom and showers 🤫.

Cops started ticketing people camped here. No knock, just 3am ticket on your windshield.
