Police will kick people out the park anytime after 10pm although it isn't patrolled more than once or twice a night. I have personally been told to leave the park after 10pm.

Happened to find a pull-off inside this park... Wasn't sure I was going to be able to sleep there with a sign saying the park closes at 10:00 but I found a small pull off and there was another small van pulled up along this area as well. Granted I showed up at like 1:00 a.m. But didn't have anyone bother me. You're literally feet away from Lake Superior and you fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. There is a small parking lot with bathrooms and trash cans nearby and a playground as well.
