Pullout with room for a couple vans. Great views and more space than the Whitegate Trailhead spot which you can see below.
A little traffic in the mornings and evenings but very quiet overall. 
You can hear the ocean but it doesn't drown out the birds and the sound of the breeze through the trees and brush.
Cell service with T-mobile is spotty but it does come through strong at times.
I stayed two nights with no issues.
