3 Bedroom Lakefront Hermit Island Cottage

This three-bedroom, two-story rustic Island cottage is located on a 4-acre island accessible only by boat. (A rowboat and life vests are included in the rental of the unit.) You may bring an electric motor if you wish as all boats are registered for electric motors. The unit sleeps a maximum of 7 persons. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed; one bedroom has a full-sized bed, and the third has a full-sized and a twin bed. Located on the first floor is one bedroom, the bathroom (tub/shower combination) the living area and kitchen. An air-conditioner is in the living area. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor. A covered picnic table for outdoor dining is also located on the grounds. The Island cottage comes equipped with dishes, cookware, crock pot, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, lawn chairs, a fire ring with grill area and a gas grill supplied with propane. However, you will need to bring all pillow cases, sheets, and all towels (beach/pool, kitchen, and bath towels) as Keen Lake does not provide these items in our rental units. While there is no cable service to the TV on the Island, there is a DVD player for your use. There are no phone connections to the Island cottage, but cell service is reasonably good there. Emergency messages for guests that are received in the office will, of course, will be delivered immediately to your unit. Smoking, the use of electronic cigarettes, and vaping are prohibited in all rental units.
