Paved road leading to pier has parking at end where pier begins or dirt pull outs along the road. We weren't sure if this was a spot or not but saw some other vans/RVs parked and took a chance. They all left but we stayed the night and weren't bothered. Some cars driving by throughout the night and some pedestrians who seemed to be local kids just trying to do something for the night. Parking mid-week might have been the least busy, wouldn't know on a weekend.
