Quiet, dead end street next to Sand City Water Treatment (no smell at all when here in early July). Stayed here for a night and a day without issue. A few houses on the street . Felt safe and secure.

Great area to find all kinda of stealth spots. Businesses open early so make sure so leave around 8am.
